I am Aisling Flynn, the face behind Aisling Flynn Athletic Therapy.
I have an honor’s degree in Sports Rehabilitation and Athletic Therapy. I am a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT) with Athletic Rehabilitation Therapy Ireland (ARTI), the governing body responsible for the promotion, regulation, and continued education of Certified Athletic Therapists in Ireland.
As a certified athletic therapist, I’m passionate about helping individuals reach their peak physical potential. Whether you’re an athlete, or just looking to lead a more active lifestyle, I’m dedicated to providing you with the tools and information you need to prevent injuries, recover effectively and optimize your performance.
I have a background in sports, which enables me to connect and relate with my patients who are suffering with injuries due to sport or exercise participation. I want to make a positive impact to people’s lives, by helping them return to their sports or everyday living post-injury. I hope that my business will become an integral part of my community, by facilitating local sports teams and their athletes.
I have various certificates in Dry Needling, Advanced Dry Needling, Mobilisation and Manipulation, Emergency First Responder (EFR) and Cardiac First Responder (CFR).
These courses ensure I have met the standards needed to provide these various treatments to each patient, whether that is in a clinic setting or on-field treatment.
